一.初入崗位
我是今年6月份畢業(yè)的,剛邁出校門就直接來(lái)到了深圳。出校門之前我還在迷茫,不知道要做什么工作,也沒有給自己找到一個(gè)明確的定位。我知道自己不是那種安貧樂道的,我要給自己頂下目標(biāo),并且努力奮斗。因?yàn)樵诋厴I(yè)之前,我也做過(guò)兩份工作,一份是導(dǎo)購(gòu),一份是商務(wù)接待,由于各種原因沒能繼續(xù)堅(jiān)持做下去。

在逐漸接觸國(guó)際貿(mào)易的過(guò)程中,我通過(guò)阿里巴巴平臺(tái)免費(fèi)版,收到了很多客戶的訂單(阿里巴巴的平臺(tái)),可惜都是批量小的一些樣品單,最終因?yàn)橐颥F(xiàn)實(shí)支付方式不能通過(guò)支付寶而告終。在10月伊始,經(jīng)過(guò)半個(gè)月的產(chǎn)品熟悉,詢盤回復(fù),終于有位瑞典客戶接收我們的付款方式,轉(zhuǎn)賬成功。第一筆外貿(mào)訂單成了,雖然只是一個(gè)小訂單,缺從中學(xué)會(huì)了很多。接收款項(xiàng)后,隨后跟單,讓生產(chǎn)安排生產(chǎn)并聯(lián)系國(guó)際貨運(yùn)快遞。
在國(guó)際快遞方面第一次接觸了dhl/ups/fedex,其間還是出現(xiàn)一點(diǎn)小插曲,聯(lián)系貨運(yùn)后,貨物到香港了,快遞公司說(shuō)是地區(qū)偏遠(yuǎn)要加偏遠(yuǎn)費(fèi)。因小訂單,dhl運(yùn)費(fèi)算得過(guò)于精確,導(dǎo)致貨物退回來(lái),重新找了一個(gè)貨運(yùn)公司,改走fedex。這樣耽誤了幾天的貨期。不過(guò)經(jīng)過(guò)
這次的教訓(xùn),明白了算運(yùn)費(fèi)的時(shí)候要按值計(jì)算,寧愿多收一點(diǎn),聯(lián)系快遞的時(shí)候要貨代把地址查下是不是偏遠(yuǎn)地區(qū)。
三、參與展會(huì)
10月中旬,公司參與了廣州第xx屆國(guó)際采購(gòu)博覽會(huì),展會(huì)上的客戶基本上都是國(guó)外的。其間因展會(huì)上同行較少,參與競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的不是很多,這又是我們?cè)摪l(fā)揮的時(shí)候了。幾個(gè)同事都在給公司產(chǎn)品做宣傳,發(fā)名片,發(fā)資料,盡量吸引更多的客戶來(lái)看我們的展廳。與外國(guó)客戶交流又成了一門技巧,要吸引有意向的客戶,要讓沒有意向的客戶接觸和了解我們這一產(chǎn)品,歸根結(jié)底說(shuō)白了就是來(lái)者絕不放過(guò)。與外國(guó)客戶的交流中,也學(xué)到了如何向客戶介紹我們的產(chǎn)品,如何講解剖析產(chǎn)品優(yōu)勢(shì)。一個(gè)展會(huì)辦下來(lái),臨時(shí)出售了小批量產(chǎn)品,收到了很多外國(guó)客戶的名片,也發(fā)了一些自己的名片,希望將來(lái)可以聯(lián)系一些有意向的客戶。
展會(huì)過(guò)后,就是分析名片,收發(fā)郵件了。有經(jīng)驗(yàn)的同事,接到名片及時(shí)判斷客戶意向,聯(lián)系了客戶上門看廠。也做了一筆數(shù)量的訂單。其間,我學(xué)會(huì)了要認(rèn)真判斷客戶意向,了解客戶需求,才能做到有求有應(yīng)。
四、收發(fā)郵件
把展會(huì)上的名片整理,分析,回憶一遍,把有意向的,一個(gè)一個(gè)都發(fā)郵件進(jìn)行問(wèn)候。在發(fā)郵件之前,產(chǎn)品定價(jià)又是一項(xiàng)很重要的事。既然是工廠,產(chǎn)品價(jià)格就有一定的優(yōu)勢(shì)。憑這個(gè)優(yōu)勢(shì),價(jià)格是沒有很大的問(wèn)題。其次就是價(jià)格得詳細(xì)程度,其間涉及moq,fob等各方面,這就是考驗(yàn)產(chǎn)品熟悉程度了,報(bào)價(jià)單的一目了然也很重要。要明確自己的產(chǎn)品報(bào)價(jià)與市場(chǎng)行情差價(jià),及如何以達(dá)到報(bào)價(jià)的正確性,讓客戶查到公司知道公司的主要經(jīng)營(yíng)產(chǎn)品及及產(chǎn)品優(yōu)勢(shì)與核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。
所以小小的一份報(bào)價(jià)表,看似簡(jiǎn)單,實(shí)則要經(jīng)過(guò)仔細(xì)和認(rèn)真的推敲。報(bào)價(jià)應(yīng)報(bào)得恰如其分,不能過(guò)低,也不能過(guò)高;好東西不能賤賣,普通的產(chǎn)品不要報(bào)高。因?yàn)榭蛻敉鶗?huì)從你的報(bào)價(jià)來(lái)判斷你的誠(chéng)實(shí)性,并同時(shí)判斷你對(duì)產(chǎn)品的熟悉程度;如果一個(gè)非常簡(jiǎn)單普通的產(chǎn)品你報(bào)一個(gè)遠(yuǎn)離市場(chǎng)的價(jià)位,甚至幾天都報(bào)不出來(lái),這說(shuō)明你的誠(chéng)實(shí)性不夠,你根本不懂這一行,自然而然客人不會(huì)對(duì)你再理會(huì)。
但是呢,一連幾百份郵件發(fā)出去,沒有幾個(gè)人回應(yīng),石沉大海,讓人覺得心灰意冷的。但是,不能放棄,就得自身找找原因了。可能價(jià)格沒有設(shè)置好,圖片不夠吸引眼球,產(chǎn)品信息沒有詳細(xì)……等一大堆的問(wèn)題,一個(gè)一個(gè)分析,解決。
五、接觸阿里巴巴會(huì)員版
11月份開始接觸阿里巴巴會(huì)員版的業(yè)務(wù)子賬號(hào),發(fā)布產(chǎn)品信息,提高產(chǎn)品曝光率,進(jìn)而增加詢盤的機(jī)會(huì)。發(fā)布產(chǎn)品信息又是一項(xiàng)繁雜的工作。首先,每一個(gè)產(chǎn)品的標(biāo)題不能雷同,圖片必須清晰。其次,最重要的是關(guān)鍵詞要選好,而且要選關(guān)鍵詞排名靠前的,這樣才能提
高產(chǎn)品的搜索度。關(guān)鍵詞的設(shè)置可以三個(gè)雷同,可以5種以上產(chǎn)品競(jìng)爭(zhēng)一個(gè)關(guān)鍵詞,盡量想辦法提高曝光率。最后就是產(chǎn)品信息的匹配了,有頭有尾必不可少,不能牛頭馬嘴,也不能張冠李戴。不同的產(chǎn)品要匹配相應(yīng)的信息。發(fā)布了一千多條產(chǎn)品信息,詢盤也相應(yīng)上升了,在線咨詢的客戶也多了起來(lái)。
買家總會(huì)貨比三家,一個(gè)詢盤他會(huì)發(fā)給很多的供應(yīng)商,因而買家遠(yuǎn)是專業(yè)的。作為外貿(mào)工廠最主要的優(yōu)勢(shì)是能提供廠家直銷價(jià),和產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的監(jiān)督。因而定價(jià)要定的合理,才能贏取更多的客戶。
但,在公司提供客戶需求信息資源這一塊中,也屢次沒有取得好的成績(jī),錯(cuò)過(guò)了很多展會(huì)客戶資源,主要是因?yàn)樽约翰粫?huì)跟進(jìn)客戶,不知道怎么樣來(lái)跟進(jìn),在這點(diǎn)我以后會(huì)好好學(xué)習(xí),耐心地請(qǐng)教。在平時(shí)的各項(xiàng)工作中精耕細(xì)作,緊跟所有客戶資源,及時(shí)掌握客戶的需求,作出相應(yīng)的計(jì)劃和工作。在今后的工作中,爭(zhēng)取把握分析、處理好各項(xiàng)工作中,加強(qiáng)同客戶的交流、溝通。知己知彼,方能百戰(zhàn)不殆,了解他們的需求,能夠準(zhǔn)確地處理好,來(lái)羸得客戶。
六、工作失誤
前段時(shí)間因?yàn)閳?bào)價(jià)失誤,和客戶理解的不一樣,導(dǎo)致公司流失了一個(gè)客戶??蛻粢氖悄=M,我就按我們常規(guī)的報(bào)價(jià),一個(gè)模組報(bào)給他。等客戶寄來(lái)樣品,要我報(bào)價(jià),他的樣品是兩個(gè)模組一套的。我卻沒有理解好,還是按一個(gè)模組的價(jià)格報(bào)了出去。其間幾天也沒有溝通
好,相互間理解不當(dāng)。直到客戶過(guò)來(lái)簽合同才弄明白報(bào)價(jià)嚴(yán)重失誤了,這一點(diǎn),我覺得自己太大意了。工作時(shí)需要細(xì)心的,能想到的要盡量想到,不懂的地方一定要問(wèn)。三個(gè)臭皮匠頂?shù)纳弦粋€(gè)諸葛亮,這是個(gè)真理。提出來(lái)就總會(huì)找到解決的辦法的。
七、心得體會(huì)
1、“努力不一定成功,放棄一定失敗”是籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)員姚明曾經(jīng)說(shuō)過(guò)的一句話,用這句話在時(shí)刻提醒、鞭策著自己。在公司的這段時(shí)間讓我意識(shí)到,一名合格的外貿(mào)業(yè)務(wù)員,要從基礎(chǔ)做起,筑穩(wěn)根部,不眼高手低,不心浮氣躁,虛心求教,耐心學(xué)習(xí)。
2、專業(yè)的學(xué)習(xí),要進(jìn)行實(shí)際結(jié)合。要熟悉專業(yè)的外貿(mào)術(shù)語(yǔ),特別是led行業(yè),要抓住客戶的需求,給予客戶相應(yīng)的服務(wù)。與客戶交流要有針對(duì)性。
3、要盡心盡責(zé)的做好本職工作。要做好手頭的工作,專心工作,做好與客戶的交流和聯(lián)系,不懂得地方要耐心請(qǐng)教。
4、心態(tài)決定一切
懷疑、抱怨、無(wú)所謂、思想上的懶惰這些態(tài)度對(duì)工作是致命的。認(rèn)識(shí)到工作是自己的事便不會(huì)有懶惰的思想。要長(zhǎng)期堅(jiān)持下來(lái),不放棄,失敗乃是成功之母。
八、展望20xx
辭舊迎新,展望20xx年。新的一年已經(jīng)開始,緊張而又忙碌的工作拉開了進(jìn)程,明確公司的目標(biāo)、計(jì)劃。計(jì)劃好自己的工作和個(gè)人目標(biāo)。本人將更認(rèn)真工作,刻苦學(xué)習(xí)業(yè)務(wù)知識(shí),提高自身的能力來(lái)努力完成公司的銷售任務(wù)和目標(biāo),同時(shí)希望公司和個(gè)人再上一個(gè)新的臺(tái)階,堅(jiān)持下去,好好奮斗!
以后的路還要怎么走,我也不知道,但是我知道,只要自己不斷的努力,那么迎來(lái)的就一定是很好的前景,所以我只有自己不斷的努力了,因?yàn)樽约菏且畹?。生活和工作中有很多的事情?lái)做,需要不斷的努力。

詢盤(詢價(jià))的概念詢盤又稱詢價(jià),是指交易的一方為購(gòu)買或出售某種商品,向?qū)Ψ娇陬^或書面發(fā)出的探詢交易條件的過(guò)程。
其內(nèi)容可繁可簡(jiǎn),可只詢問(wèn)價(jià)格,也可詢問(wèn)其他有關(guān)的交易條件。
詢盤對(duì)買賣雙方均無(wú)約束力,接受詢盤的一方可給予答復(fù),亦可不做回答。
但作為交易磋商的起點(diǎn),商業(yè)習(xí)慣上,收到詢盤的一方應(yīng)迅速作出答復(fù)。
詢盤(詢價(jià))的分類
(1)買方詢盤是買方主動(dòng)發(fā)出的向國(guó)外廠商詢購(gòu)所需貨物的函電。
在實(shí)際業(yè)務(wù)中,詢盤一般多由買方向賣方發(fā)出。
①對(duì)多數(shù)大路貨商品,應(yīng)同時(shí)向不同地區(qū)、國(guó)家和廠商分別詢盤,以了解國(guó)際市場(chǎng)行情,爭(zhēng)取最佳貿(mào)易條件
②對(duì)規(guī)格復(fù)雜或項(xiàng)目繁多的商品,不僅要詢問(wèn)價(jià)格,而且要求對(duì)方告之詳細(xì)規(guī)格、數(shù)量等,以免往返磋商、浪費(fèi)時(shí)間。
③詢盤對(duì)發(fā)出人雖無(wú)法律約束力,但要盡量避免詢盤而無(wú)購(gòu)買誠(chéng)意的做法,否則容易喪失信譽(yù)。
④對(duì)壟斷性較強(qiáng)的商品,應(yīng)提出較多品種,要求對(duì)方一一報(bào)價(jià),以防對(duì)方趁機(jī)抬價(jià)。

很感謝鄧經(jīng)理在最初應(yīng)聘的時(shí)候,相信并選擇我作為**篷房外貿(mào)業(yè)務(wù)人員當(dāng)中的一員,同時(shí)盡心地安排小組組長(zhǎng)小平一直以來(lái)監(jiān)督和教導(dǎo)我的外貿(mào)之路。同樣也很感謝在取得成績(jī)時(shí)的點(diǎn)播,在沒有成績(jī)時(shí)的鼓勵(lì)。
很感謝我的小組組長(zhǎng)小平和其他同事,不論是在生活當(dāng)中還是在工作當(dāng)中,都給與了我很多實(shí)實(shí)在在的幫助和指導(dǎo)。讓我能一步一步積累更多的經(jīng)驗(yàn),增長(zhǎng)自己的見識(shí)。
同時(shí)也很感謝自己在20xx年最初的時(shí)候,有勇氣去換一個(gè)行業(yè),勇敢地選擇了篷房行業(yè),并堅(jiān)持了下來(lái)。那時(shí)候?qū)镜牧私獠⒉欢?,?duì)行業(yè)未來(lái)的前景也沒有清晰的認(rèn)識(shí),但感謝自己愿意嘗試并且沒有半途而廢。
回顧自己來(lái)**的日子,不長(zhǎng)不短居然快一年了,在**的日子很有意義,是我重新開始一個(gè)行業(yè)的孕育地。
來(lái)到**的時(shí)候,我對(duì)現(xiàn)在所在的行業(yè)完全沒有認(rèn)識(shí)。甚至當(dāng)初來(lái)應(yīng)聘的時(shí)候,都沒仔細(xì)看過(guò)公司到底是做什么的。我當(dāng)時(shí)想的是,以最低的姿態(tài),在一個(gè)值得學(xué)習(xí)和投入的工作環(huán)境,歷練自己。選擇**,給了我很多學(xué)習(xí)機(jī)會(huì),幾乎所有的東西都是重新開始學(xué)習(xí)的。包括基本的表格制作,再到圖像處理,郵件處理,電話溝通以及面對(duì)面接待客人。
在我內(nèi)心深處,一直相信“有志者,事竟成”,“天道酬勤”,雖然我的起步晚了點(diǎn),但因?yàn)槟贻p,應(yīng)該是可以追上前輩們的。但也因?yàn)槟贻p,言行顯得很不穩(wěn)重。
的確,這是我需要學(xué)習(xí)的地方。
剛開始做外貿(mào),可能是一種興奮刺激的感覺,當(dāng)?shù)で闊崆楸蝗諒?fù)一日的郵件詢盤和繁瑣之事替代時(shí),我們?cè)賵?jiān)持下去的時(shí)候,如果還沒有成績(jī),那時(shí)就更需要一種精神信仰,無(wú)關(guān)乎薪資,因?yàn)楫吘拐l(shuí)都知道,做業(yè)務(wù),沒有銷量,就是窮光蛋。
剛開始的時(shí)候,沒想過(guò)要快速的就拿單,畢竟那很不現(xiàn)實(shí),對(duì)產(chǎn)品對(duì)外貿(mào)一竅不通沒有任何實(shí)際經(jīng)驗(yàn)就想出成績(jī)簡(jiǎn)直就是一種空想。
那時(shí)每天上班的時(shí)候,我會(huì)給自己列好工作日程,確定緊急重要順序,忙完這些規(guī)定的事項(xiàng)后,我會(huì)抽出一部分時(shí)間提前學(xué)習(xí)一些外貿(mào)知識(shí),包括業(yè)務(wù)以及回復(fù)郵件方面。
記得剛開始回郵件的時(shí)候,我的心情是小心翼翼的,很怕犯錯(cuò),可能與我的完美主義個(gè)性有些關(guān)系。所以一封郵件都要思考半天,不管是回郵件的內(nèi)容還是表達(dá)方式。一句話,不敢下手。后來(lái)幸虧在福步等外貿(mào)論壇里面,學(xué)習(xí)了很多回復(fù)郵件和處理詢盤的知識(shí),再加上不斷更新產(chǎn)品之后,詢盤多了,鍛煉的機(jī)會(huì)就多了,也就形成了自己的處理詢盤的思路。
第一個(gè)單拿的是幸運(yùn),那時(shí)候剛出了一次意外,在養(yǎng)傷過(guò)程中,接下了第一個(gè)單。也是這個(gè)單,給了我很多勇氣。讓我相信努力會(huì)有收獲。
過(guò)了試用期之后,之前那種激情和熱情就慢慢的消失跆盡了,我需要我的信仰來(lái)支持我。
“開始源于相信,過(guò)程在于改變,結(jié)果在于堅(jiān)持。”就是我的信仰。
我從來(lái)不相信,有誰(shuí)可以隨隨便便的成功,畢竟不是所有人也不是每次都有那樣的好運(yùn)氣。
堅(jiān)持我現(xiàn)在的行業(yè),在我不斷地填充自己的過(guò)程中,我唯一能做的就是等待了。
客人不是一下就有的,詢盤不是一下子就都到你的郵箱里的,價(jià)格不是每次都是你的讓客人滿意,不是每個(gè)客人都注重質(zhì)量和服務(wù)的。那唯一能做的,就是不斷地行動(dòng)以及耐心等待結(jié)果。
在過(guò)了試用期很長(zhǎng)一段時(shí)間里詢盤不是很多,我找了很多事情做,集中之一就包括增加產(chǎn)品曝光帶來(lái)詢盤,那么首先得熟悉產(chǎn)品。熟悉產(chǎn)品,不僅是了解自己的產(chǎn)品,也包括同行的產(chǎn)品,而我重點(diǎn)放在國(guó)外同行也可以說(shuō)是潛在客戶的身上。
其實(shí),做外貿(mào)也是一種心態(tài)的轉(zhuǎn)變,之前我是個(gè)急性子,很多事情希望能夠以最快最有效率的方式解決,所以往往給人浮躁的感覺。慢慢的現(xiàn)在性子稍微穩(wěn)下來(lái)點(diǎn),因?yàn)橛行┦虑?,不是你急著完成結(jié)果就能如你愿,例如,你希望客人盡快下單。
10月份的時(shí)候曾打算請(qǐng)假休息一段時(shí)間,但最終放棄了這個(gè)打算,那時(shí)候的事情,讓我認(rèn)清了自己的處境,女兒也應(yīng)當(dāng)自立自強(qiáng)。所以當(dāng)靜下心來(lái),再次投入到工作當(dāng)中的時(shí)候,自己有種突然覺悟的感覺。后來(lái)再處理詢盤和郵件的時(shí)候,竟是反應(yīng)快了很多,思路也明朗了很多。我想這是因禍得福吧。
yusuf是我今年最大的一個(gè)客戶,期間一直沒有斷過(guò)聯(lián)系,其實(shí)我們很少談工作,每次寒暄一下,問(wèn)候一下。我后來(lái)想想為什么他遲遲沒有打款,可能他也在花時(shí)間考驗(yàn)我和我們公司。就像我在懷疑他是騙子一樣。我一直記得一個(gè)外貿(mào)前輩說(shuō),你得經(jīng)常在你客戶的面前飄過(guò)。我想我就是這樣一直在他面前飄來(lái)飄去沒有太強(qiáng)的目的性,讓他產(chǎn)生了信賴。他的訂單,就是對(duì)我耐性的考驗(yàn)和服務(wù)的認(rèn)可。后來(lái)的接待工作,讓我對(duì)自己的口語(yǔ)也自信了不少,很感謝小平的陪伴和幫忙,以及之前有機(jī)會(huì)在她身邊學(xué)習(xí)了很多次。
雖然現(xiàn)在我在外貿(mào)在篷房這個(gè)行業(yè)還是半個(gè)內(nèi)行人,身上也有很多的不足,但是我相信,時(shí)間能夠證明一切,我相信只要用心學(xué)習(xí),踏踏實(shí)實(shí)的,就一定會(huì)有更大的成績(jī)。
向成為一名能夠獨(dú)當(dāng)一面的外貿(mào)人前進(jìn)。

八、資料報(bào)送接收時(shí)間:20xx年8月19日10:00時(shí)至10:30分止。報(bào)價(jià)文件需由報(bào)價(jià)商家法人或法人授權(quán)代表到綦江縣公共資源綜合交易中心會(huì)議室(三)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)投遞報(bào)價(jià)文件。
九、報(bào)送地點(diǎn):綦江縣公共資源綜合交易中心會(huì)議室(三)(中山路7號(hào)萬(wàn)代商城三樓,工商銀行對(duì)面)。
十、報(bào)送資料(報(bào)價(jià)文件一式兩份,正本一份,副本兩份。每頁(yè)須加蓋報(bào)價(jià)人公章和授權(quán)代表簽字,裝訂成冊(cè),密封,封面必須注明項(xiàng)目名稱和項(xiàng)目號(hào)):
1、報(bào)價(jià)表,所報(bào)價(jià)格為不能更改的閉口價(jià)。報(bào)價(jià)表除總價(jià)外必須進(jìn)行清單報(bào)價(jià)。
2、資質(zhì)材料:營(yíng)業(yè)執(zhí)照、稅務(wù)登記證、組織機(jī)構(gòu)代碼證副本復(fù)印件;法定代表人身份證明或法人代表授權(quán)委托書原件,法定代表人或委托代理人身份證復(fù)印件(提交原件對(duì)照審查)。
3、投標(biāo)報(bào)價(jià)辦公、辦案設(shè)備具體品牌、型號(hào)、技術(shù)指標(biāo)、規(guī)格參數(shù)描述,售后服務(wù)承諾,本項(xiàng)目相關(guān)商務(wù)要求條款承諾,其他優(yōu)惠承諾。
十一、報(bào)價(jià)需知:
1、報(bào)價(jià)為不能更改的閉口價(jià)。報(bào)價(jià)應(yīng)包含本項(xiàng)目實(shí)施過(guò)程中所有可能發(fā)生的費(fèi)用。即“交鑰匙工程”,從交貨到免費(fèi)質(zhì)保期滿,需方不再支付其它任何費(fèi)用。報(bào)價(jià)書請(qǐng)用藍(lán)黑墨水填寫或打印,并須填寫
售后服務(wù)承諾等內(nèi)容列表。
2、本詢價(jià)表為各供應(yīng)商最終報(bào)價(jià)單,應(yīng)在規(guī)定的截止時(shí)間前送達(dá)本中心會(huì)議室(三);
3、本中心發(fā)出此詢價(jià)單并不表示收到此單者一定能中標(biāo);
4、在與被確定為成交的供應(yīng)商訂立采購(gòu)合同時(shí),采購(gòu)單位有權(quán)對(duì)各品種具體數(shù)量可據(jù)要求適量增減。
5、填寫內(nèi)容不得有涂改,大小寫金額須一致。
6、報(bào)送資料不全或不符合相關(guān)要求的將被拒絕。
7、如供應(yīng)商向本中心報(bào)價(jià),則視為同意本項(xiàng)目相關(guān)約定。
十二、成交供應(yīng)商確定辦法:采取最低評(píng)標(biāo)價(jià)法確定成交方,即滿足采購(gòu)需求,質(zhì)量和服務(wù)相等的最低報(bào)價(jià)成交;如果報(bào)價(jià)相同,則質(zhì)量、服務(wù)較優(yōu)供應(yīng)商排名靠前。采購(gòu)單位及中心相關(guān)部門將對(duì)報(bào)價(jià)人的產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量、信譽(yù)等進(jìn)行考察,對(duì)不能保障該項(xiàng)目圓滿完成的將取消其成交資格。
十三、交貨日期:成交人與綦江縣人民檢察院簽訂合同后按合同約定進(jìn)行。
十四、交貨地點(diǎn):綦江縣人民檢察院。
十五、項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量保證及驗(yàn)收:按國(guó)家電子產(chǎn)品行業(yè)質(zhì)量保證條款進(jìn)行,驗(yàn)收標(biāo)準(zhǔn)按行業(yè)具體要求進(jìn)行驗(yàn)收。
十六、采購(gòu)資金支付方式:驗(yàn)收合格后一次性付清。合同款項(xiàng)由綦江縣人民檢察院支付。
十七、本次詢價(jià)函供應(yīng)商報(bào)價(jià)文件有效期為30天。
十八、其它約定:成交供應(yīng)商應(yīng)提供本公司正規(guī)稅務(wù)發(fā)票。合同、驗(yàn)收?qǐng)?bào)告一式四份,交公共資源綜合交易中心兩份。
